The Nahatan Terrace project is a comprehensive, multi-phase renovation designed to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of a large residential complex.

• Phase 1: Involved the removal and construction of 48 three-story decks, ensuring increased structural integrity and modern design for outdoor living spaces.
• Phase 2: Focused on upgrading the building’s energy efficiency and appearance with the removal and installation of over 300 new windows.
